The Problem
Some components seem designed to be difficult. Thin walls, complex geometries, and high-risk of scrap. Traditional fixes only add cost and complexity. But what if the problem wasn't the part, but the thinking behind it?
The Solution
We refused to accept the constraints of standard fixture design. By focusing on the process instead of just the part, we developed an Integrated Workholding Solution that provided the stability needed for precision, with the flexibility needed for efficiency. The design was validated through assembly simulation and built in close collaboration with the supplier.
